1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and RS999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an RS999 account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the RS999 platform — including the website at rs999.pw and the RS999 mobile app — you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use RS999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Opening an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• Each person may hold only one RS999 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, RS999 reserves the right to close all but one and forfeit any bonuses associated with the extra accounts.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have previously applied to RS999.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. RS999 may request updated information at any point to maintain account compliance.

RS999 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is permissible in their location before registering.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, RS999 will require players to complete a verification process. This is standard practice for all reputable gaming platforms and protects both the player and the integrity of the platform. Verification documents typically include:

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the time of each transaction on the deposit page. RS999 does not add hidden charges to deposits, and all amounts credited to your account are in PKR. Third-party deposits — where the payment source does not match the account holder's name — are not accepted and will be returned.

RS999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds if unusual deposit patterns are identified. This is part of the platform's commitment to responsible financial management.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts. RS999 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The main withdrawal options are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer — all in PKR.

Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically processed within minutes to a few hours
• Raast: near-instant once approved by the platform
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

Withdrawal requests are subject to review, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. RS999 may request additional verification documentation before approving a large withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RS999 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions during PSL and T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonus funds expire if conditions are not met within the given timeframe.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless RS999 explicitly states that bonuses can be combined.
• RS999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer or using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on RS999 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish games — are governed by the rules set by the respective game providers and by RS999's platform rules. By playing any game on RS999, you accept that:

• Game outcomes for slots, fish games, and table games are determined by certified random number generation. RS999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by the RS999 sportsbook. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In case of event cancellation or abandonment, RS999's standard settlement rules apply as published on the betting page.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at RS999's discretion. Technical issues on the player's side — including connection drops — do not entitle the player to a refund of placed bets.
• RS999 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error on the platform's side has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game session is interrupted due to a platform error, any affected round is treated as incomplete and stakes are refunded.

Cricket betting at RS999 covers PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, and bilateral series. Football and Esports markets are also available. Bet settlement follows official scorecards and results as published by the relevant governing bodies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RS999. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors — any winnings from such exploits will be voided
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the RS999 platform, app, or any connected systems
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward RS999 staff or other players

9. Account Suspension & Closure

RS999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of prohibited conduct, fraud, or a breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, RS999's self-exclusion process can be applied simultaneously to prevent re-registration for a set period.

Upon legitimate account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Responsible Gaming

RS999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform offers the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a set period of play

RS999's liability to any player shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the issue arose. RS999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from in-play bet disruptions due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing in-play bets or participating in live casino sessions. RS999 does not offer compensation for gameplay disrupted by the player's own connection or device issues.

13. Changes to These Terms

RS999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RS999 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of RS999 after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
